Society for Health Action Development and Environmental Services (SHADES) main objectives are increase literacy rate and provide best education to the children for slum children at a very early stage age raging from 3-5 years resulting in placing the child in a school to continue education and that care of the child is no longer subject to the willful choices attained the categorical Society for Health Action Development and Environmental Services (SHADES) is active to the pivotal importance of the child in its strive for development. It is well understood that development is key concern for every society. The paths and organizational mechanisms may be diverse but an efficient utilization of human resources is the normal principle common to all.

Women development' has been a major area of concern for the organization. For the last 9 years it has taken up well-planned programmes of awareness generation, group formation, leadership development skill training and income generation programmes for women. It is the pt of board frame work of elevating the status of women in the society, especially of the under privilege categories. Secondly, the strategy of the organization towards any developmental effort has been the involvement of woman as catalysts. In order to involve the women in process the organization has conducted a number of women meetings, training and awareness camps. The theme has covered for women related subjects like -
